She built Meta's Health Creative vertical from one client to $1B in sales with zero pharma experience. She pioneered an inclusive creative practice that lifted ad recall by over 80%. She launched Citi Bike and watched a city change its commute without ever taking a ride.

From Ogilvy to Meta, she's led 300+ workshops, touched 100+ brands, and earned recognition from Cannes, One Show, Effies, and Essence. Now, as founder of Undeniable Ideas, Neisha teaches others what made her stand out: the ability to evaluate, elevate, and sell ideas - whether you're working with AI, a team, or solo - so they can be undeniable, too.

Founder of Gardens Daycare; Health and Fitness Coach

I’m Gardenia Diaz, the founder of Gardens Daycare, where I’ve created a nurturing, family-oriented space for children to feel safe, supported, and welcomed. With a deep passion for early childhood development, I’ve dedicated my career to fostering an inclusive and enriching environment that allows young minds to thrive.

Beyond childcare, I am also a health and fitness coach, empowering women to shift their mindset around fitness and nutrition. My mission is to help women build sustainable habits that prioritize their well-being, confidence, and strength—both physically and mentally. I believe that transformation starts from within, and I love guiding my clients to discover their power through movement, mindset, and self-care.

Through both caregiving and wellness, my goal is to uplift and inspire others to live healthier, more fulfilling lives. Whether I’m supporting a child’s development or coaching a woman to feel stronger in her body, my work is rooted in the belief that we all deserve to grow, evolve, and step into our best selves.

Ronnie Dickerson Stewart is an award-winning executive leadership development expert and the founder of OhHeyCoach, a leadership development, career design, and learning company. She is also the creator and Host of The Career Clinic Podcast.

Ronnie has spent the last two decades as a sought-after leader serving across the advertising, media, and tech industries in companies like Starcom, FCB/IPG, Burrell, Digitas, Publicis Groupe (as a C-Suite executive), and Zoom.

As a dually certified career management and executive leadership development coach, Ronnie’s passion and purpose are to ensure professionals are positioned to experience the best careers of their lives. Through her company, OhHeyCoach, from interns to C-Suite leaders, Ronnie has coached, consulted, and mentored thousands of professionals, helping them design aligned careers and leadership experiences.

In addition to consulting and coaching the most dynamic organizations and leaders, she is a mom to three rascally boys and a partner to her equally rascally husband. She is currently writing her debut leadership, career development, and life design book, WORK LIFE REMIX, which will be published in Fall 2026.
